Roles & Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers and distributors, evaluating their performance, and negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, quality, and delivery times for IT components and services.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess or obsolete items.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to forecast IT component demand accurately and plan procurement accordingly.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all procurement and supply chain activities.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
