Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) based in the DFW Metroplex to join our Sales team on an immediate basis. These positions will be a part of Brilyant’s talented Sales team which has been growing rapidly. Join our team and be a part of our growth story.
Requirement :
- In-depth product knowledge.
- Ability to assess buyer needs.
- Upselling and cross-selling.
- Potential to decipher and understand market and analyse industry insight.
- Strong technology expertise.
- Efficient at time management.
- Candidates must be based in the DFW Metroplex.
- This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office each week.
- Must be able to start immediately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Brilyant, you will:
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, becoming an expert to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product teams to achieve collective objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to improve our sales strategies.
Qualification:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven inside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in IT solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- High motivation and a passion for sales.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
