Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Brilyant, you will:

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, becoming an expert to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product teams to achieve collective objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to improve our sales strategies.


To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven inside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in IT solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High motivation and a passion for sales.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
