If you’re seeking an exciting opportunity to leverage your JAMF expertise, we invite you to join us as a Presales Engineer specializing in JAMF at Brilyant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• JAMF Proficiency: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of JAMF’s products and services, with the ability to provide expert guidance to potential clients.
• Solution Presentations: Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of JAMF’s solutions, showcasing their value and capabilities.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their specific needs and challenges, offering customized recommendations and solutions based on JAMF expertise.
• Proof of Concept: Develop and manage proof of concept (POC) environments that illustrate the effectiveness of JAMF solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Technical Support: Provide essential technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Product Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and JAMF, relaying valuable customer feedback and insights to help shape the ongoing development of JAMF solutions.

Qualification:

• Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF 100, JAMF 200 (preferred) certifications
• Expertise in JAMF’s solutions and extensive experience working with JAMF in a technical capacity.
• Experience with Apple support for at least 3+ years
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, particularly with JAMF products
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving customer needs.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
