On being asked about Brilyant’s positioning as India’s leading managed service provider, Suresh reveals the ultimate vision of becoming global, as expansion plans have been underway for quite some time now. On hybrid work post COVID-19
Asked about the changing views on the hybrid work culture, Suresh optimistically responds and believes at a personal level that, although hybrid work is here to stay and that infrastructure has already been shaped to support hybrid work, it is also important to build a personal connection with colleagues. He routinely encourages colleagues at Brilyant to frequent the office occasionally and reconnect with teams across departments. As long as teams work together, stay connected and meet customers’ business objectives, the location from where team operates is not of major concern.
On the growing and strengthening partnerships
Brilyant over the years has developed an extensive partnership with Apple by first being accredited as AAER (Apple Authorized Enterprise Resellers) and then as an Apple Authorized Education Specialist. Because of the synergy with reputed OEMs like Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, Cisco and Jamf, it has been possible to expand the possibility of growing Brilyant’s business and have access to more touchpoints in the industry.
On the Plug, Play and Plus mobility packages, customized for every need
